From order to shipment
- Place your order by completing the order form and confirming the quotation.
- We arrange CITES, determine the best freight route with you and confirm freight costs.
- Confirm the preferred freight option so the CITES application process can begin.
- Receive the proforma invoice and make the down payment: 100% FOB, excluding freight.
- We select the clams that best match the order and pack them securely.
- The clams travel by truck to Cairo International Airport, where the Official Egyptian Veterinary department inspects them.
- Once cleared, the consignment is ready to ship. EgyptAir, British Airways and Lufthansa are among the airlines used to find the best connection to the destination.
- Receive the final invoice with shipping costs and settle the freight payment within 5 days after shipment.
