    Steps from order to shipment

    • Place your order by completing our order form and confirming the quotation
    • We arrange CITES and determine the optimal freight route together with you, confirming the freight costs
    • Confirm your preferred freight option and initiate the CITES application process
    • Receive proforma invoice, make down payment (100% FOB, excluding freight)
    • We select the most beautiful clams based on your order and pack them securely
    • Clams are transported to Cairo International Airport by truck and undergo inspection by the Official Egyptian Veterinary department
    • Once cleared, clams are ready for shipment! We utilise various airlines like EgyptAir, British Airways, and Lufthansa for the best connection to your destination
    • Receive the final invoice with shipping costs and settle freight payment within 5 days post-shipment
